The “Khamsaya” team represents Sinai University at the “National Identity: Deep-Rooted Origins and a Renewed Vision” conference at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University, and upon an invitation from the Innovators Support Fund (ISF).

The “Khamsaya” team from the Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science (Kantara Branch) participated in the “National Identity: Deep-Rooted Foundations and a Renewed Vision” conference at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

The team took part in the third panel discussion titled “Innovation and Strengthening National Identity,” which was attended by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Governor of Alexandria, and a group of talented youth.

This invitation comes as a recognition of the team’s achievement in reaching the finals of the “2026 Digital Innovation Challenge”.

The team consists of students Mai Mohamed Antar, Ahmed Soliman Mohamed, Nourhan Attia Gamal, Youssef Mohamed Ibrahim, and George Kamel Girgis Anis, under the supervision of Dr. Maysa Khalil Noubi, Academic Supervisor and Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Sinai University.

This participation underscores the university’s continuous commitment to empowering student innovators and supporting their active engagement in national events.
