Another important goal of our programs is helping you to become an independent learner. By the time you take your graduation project in the fifth year, you will be expected to manage your time and use all the knowledge you acquired in the previous years. In addition to our academic study, we have several social and sport activities. Our students receive advising support from the faculty members and through the academic advising programs supported by the university administration and guided by the unifying principles of learning, discovery, and community needs. Our excellent staff members are qualified to interact and participate with the students not only in the scientific system, but also in numerous activities in the university. The faculty of engineering has almost the most popular engineering branches supported by modern and sophisticated laboratories to prepare the graduates for effective and convenient conditions. All faculty members are staying fully in the campus during and after the working days to be available to the students at any time, day or night. A lot of after lessons activities to strengthen the relation among the students of different faculties in Sinai University. We have a mission that the university, with its various parties and affiliates, seeks to reach the farthest possible point in the development space during the next few years. This will only come by supporting using advanced skills and latest technology in teaching, following scientific methodology in research, being keen on capable and conscious performance in management systems and leadership to graduate students scientifically, skillfully, and behaviorally at the highest level.
In recent years, Sinai University has been working to achieve the development goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030 to achieve comprehensive and sustainable economic development in the Sinai region, such as creating job opportunities using all available resources and capabilities and improving the social and cultural level of the people of Sinai. The university is also focusing its efforts on developing the skills of its students from the Sinai region and others, as well as preparing them to join the labor market locally, regionally, and internationally through academic programs and various student activities that meet the needs and priorities of the Egyptian state, whether in creating new job opportunities or reducing the gap between graduates and the requirements of the labor market.
This is in addition to providing social welfare programs for students, including scholarships for all segments of society, student housing, textbooks, and other services, to provide a seat for all Egyptian students from different social strata wishing to join higher education and to offer a distinguished educational service that meets the needs of and suits all members of society, especially the remote communities in the Sinai region, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s plan to implement Egypt’s Vision 2030.
