SU Go Cashless Spirit:

Complying with the SU essence for taking the lead in technology and paving the road for others to follow, the cashless project is an immensely intriguing issue for many of our students and their parents.

We are always keen to keep our students familiar with the latest and updated technology with a genuine intention of being a step ahead to the future.

SU is the first university in the region with a cashless system. We launched in 2015 with three implementation phases.

You are able to print and buy books from our bookstore by using just your ID. You don’t have to pay in cash.

Phase 2

Students are capable of purchasing food and beverages by paying with their student ID.

Phase 3

The buses, dorms, cinema, and SU store are still under establishment and will be launched by the end of 2021.

You can pay transportation and dorm reservations through your ID card. Reserve your seat in the cinema hall and Buy any product from the SU store.

More than 2,500 students are already using the SU Go Cashless!

One single card is your power for everything.

SU team members are constantly thinking and brainstorming to make it easier for our students by presenting the SU card.

The SU card is a pre-paid electronic payment system for great budgeting. It is impossible to spend more than the amount pre-loaded into the card. Moreover, it does not put any holds on the students’ registration system.

The Go Cashless SU card will transform the students’ identification cards into a powerful tool that enables the students to use their cards as a safe, accurate, and reliable payment method. It is applicable within the campus and they’ll be able to use it outside of the campus very soon for commercial transactions. All transactions are real-time bases and reported on the students’ personal portal for accuracy and efficiency.

  3. Cinema Hall Reservations

  • You no longer have to carry around a large amount of money to pay for reservations, just charge your card for a lighter pocket.
  • With every transaction done with your card, you’ll receive points as an encouragement for the use of the latest technology.
  • You will receive an email with every transaction done with your card for an easier budget adjustment.

Worth to Mention

  • Charge your ID with the sufficient amount you need for any payment transaction.
  • Charge your ID at the Admission Office and online through the student portal.
  • If you don’t have enough cash in your ID, your transaction will be suspended.
  • If your card is lost/stolen, you must inform the Admission Office for them to suspend it.
