Shaping the Future

As part of Sinai University’s commitment to supporting its graduates and preparing them to meet labor market requirements, the Continuing Pharmaceutical Education Committee at the Faculty of Pharmacy – Arish Branch organized a lecture for the faculty’s graduates entitled “Shaping the Future.” The event was held under the generous patronage of Prof. Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Hamid Abdou, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lotfy Diab, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and chaired by Prof. Dr. Rehab Mahmoud El-Sayed, Head of the Continuing Pharmaceutical Education Committee.

The lecture was held on Tuesday, December 24, 2025, at 6:00 PM via Google Meet, and was delivered by Dr. Ayman Salah, who holds a PhD in Business Administration. He is a certified trainer with more than 21 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held several leadership positions, including work at Rameda Franchise, heading the Pfizer Middle East unit, and currently serving as Human Resources Director at the Egyptian Group for Pharmaceutical Industries (EGPI).

The lecture addressed ways to shape the professional future of pharmacy graduates, labor market requirements, and the importance of developing managerial and professional skills, contributing to enhancing graduates’ competencies and improving their employment opportunities. This comes in line with the university’s vision of linking the educational process with practical reality and supporting the continuous professional development of its graduates.
